About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator with strong skills in inside sales, CRM management, and dispatch coordination. This full-time position is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
Maintain CRM data integrity and provide reporting support.
Track sales activities and generate performance reports.
Schedule and dispatch field staff based on project needs.
Coordinate with clients and staff for service delivery.
Provide administrative support including document prep and data entry.
Assist with invoicing, project coordination, and communications.
Qualifications:
Experience in administration with focus on inside sales and CRM.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and platforms like Bistrainer, Monday, and QBO.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in safety, transportation, or training (preferred).
Familiarity with scheduling or dispatch tools (asset).
Work Conditions:
Office-based full-time role.

Casual Safety Watch
Position Type: Casual / On-Call
Wage: $25/hour
About the Role:
We are currently seeking Casual Safety Watch personnel to support our field operations and project sites. This on-call position is ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and available for short-notice deployments. The Safety Watch will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety procedures during high-risk work activities such as confined space entry, hot work, and working at heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to hazardous work zones (e.g., confined spaces, hot work areas).
Conduct atmospheric testing and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure all personnel adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
Serve as an on-site contact for emergency response.
Complete logs and safety watch documentation accurately and on time.
Report any unsafe acts or conditions to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications: training will be provided by Safety Buzz Campus
Valid H2S Alive, Standard First Aid & CPR, and Confined Space Entry/Rescue certification.
Fall Protection certification (asset).
Prior safety watch or industrial work experience (preferred).
Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and a proactive safety mindset.
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Work Conditions:
Casual and on-call work; hours will vary depending on operational needs.
Potential to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Travel to various work sites may be required.
